Refund policy
Custom Motif Sales: All large bulk orders of custom-designed rhinestone motifs are final and non-refundable. Each order is a bespoke industrial solution manufactured precisely according to the client-approved final design proof. As these products cannot be restocked or resold, we cannot accept returns for custom orders.
Order Proofing Process: Before production begins, you will receive and must formally approve a digital proof of your motif design via email. Please review all details, dimensions, crystal colors, and spelling with extreme care during this process, as your approval constitutes authorization to produce the final, irreversible order.
Product Defects: In the extremely rare event that your custom motif order contains a genuine manufacturing defect, such as a major color variation, or a significant deviation from the approved design proof, please contact our support team at support@crystaltransfer.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement of the affected product.
